Follow these steps to connect your device and start tracking work calls.

Download the App

Get the 'Call Organiser' app for Android.

Enter Login Code

Use the 6-digit code provided by your manager.

Enable Auto Recording

Critical: Enable your phone's built-in call recorder.

Open Phone App → Settings → Record Calls → Set to "Auto Record" or "All Calls".

Grant Permissions

Allow the app to access necessary features for sync.

Disable Optimization

Prevent Android from stopping the app background sync.

Go to Settings → Apps → Call Organiser → Battery → Set to "Unrestricted".

Troubleshooting

Xiaomi / Samsung / Oppo

Enable "Autostart" in the app settings to ensure calls sync after a phone reboot.

Not Syncing?

Check your internet connection. If "Wi-Fi Only" mode is ON, connect to Wi-Fi to sync.
