Employee App Setup

Connect Your Work Device

Welcome! Your company uses MiniClick to save you from manually logging calls into a CRM. In just 5 steps, you can set up the app to automatically track your work calls. Don't worry—you are in full control of your privacy, what SIMs are tracked, and which contacts to ignore.

Your Privacy & Security

MiniClick is designed to automate your work CRM entries, not to spy on your personal life.

You Are In Control

  • Choose Your Start Date

You set the date limit. The app will NEVER look at your call history from before the date you allow.

  • Track Only Work SIM

If you use a Dual-SIM phone, you can easily configure the app to completely ignore calls made on your personal SIM.

  • Exclude Personal Numbers

You or your manager can add family and friends to an "Exclude List". These numbers will never be logged or synced.

How it helps you

Instead of spending hours each week manually typing out who you called and copying over meeting notes, MiniClick just quietly syncs your work call durations and audio strictly to your company dashboard.

Disable Battery Optimization (Critical)

Without doing this, Android will forcefully kill the app in the background, preventing logs from syncing.

Android aggressive kills background apps to save battery. You must exclude MiniClick so it can sync calls reliably.

Settings → Apps → MiniClick → Battery → Set to "Unrestricted"

OEM Specifics

Certain Android manufacturers (Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo) have extra aggressive battery managers. Please follow these extra steps if you use one of these devices.

  • Xiaomi / POCOFind the app in Settings and enable "Autostart".
  • SamsungRemove app from "Sleeping Apps" list in battery settings.
  • Oppo / VivoLock the app in the recent tasks menu (swipe down or tap lock icon).

Your manager or admin will generate this code for you from their Web Dashboard. Ask them to share it with you.
Because Google restricted standard recording apps, our system creatively uses your phone's built-in factory call recorder (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, etc). MiniClick simply looks for those audio files and syncs them securely to your company dashboard.
Only if you use your work SIM for them. If your phone is Dual-SIM, you can configure the app to ignore SIM 2 (your personal SIM). Also, your manager can add specific phone numbers to an 'Excluded List' which permanently ignores them.
No. MiniClick is highly optimized to run silently in the background using minimal resources. It only wakes up briefly to sync new calls when they happen.
The app stores all your call logs securely on your device while offline. As soon as you reconnect to the internet (or Wi-Fi, if Wi-Fi Only setting is on), it will automatically sync everything.
